Starting from March 16th 2020. Beijing Municipal Government published the methods related to strength prevention of spreading COVID-19 outbreak from abroad. 

All passengers coming from abroad should be sent to appointed location for isolation of 14 days, and they should be responsible for all of the cost by themselves (accommodation, medical or hospital costs).
The measure was introduced after it was confirmed that in last several days all registered cases of the infected in Beijing came from abroad.
