(Beijing, 11 November 2013) Minister of Foreign Affairs and Economy of Mongolia L. Bold paid his first official visit to Serbia from 7 to 10 November 2013, at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia I. Mrkić.

In addition to meeting with his host, L. Bold was received by Prime Minister of Serbia I. Dačić, while a meeting with the Mayor of Novi Sad M. Vučević was organized during a visit of the Mongolian delegation to Novi Sad.

After the meeting between the ministers Mrkić and Bold, on the 8 November 2013, an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Mongolia on the abolition of visas for citizens of the two countries was signed.

During the visit, views were exchanged on the prospects for further improvement of overall bilateral relations between Serbia and Mongolia.

MFA Bold also participated in a business forum "Opportunities for improvement of Serbian-Mongolian economic cooperation", held at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
