(Beijing, 30 June 2013) The 2nd Session of Serbia-China Scientific and Technological Cooperation Committee was held in Beijing on 25 June 2013.

The delegation of the Republic of Serbia, which visited China 24-28 June 2013, was led by prof. Radivoje Mitrović, State Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, while the Chinese delegation was led by Cao Jianlin, Vice Minister in the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

Delegations exchanged information on key strategies and plans in the field of scientific and technological development as well as information on international scientific and technological cooperation.

The two sides evaluated the current joint projects in the fields of science and technology as a success and highlighted the commitment to enhance bilateral cooperation in the field of science and technology.

The third session of the Joint Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation will be held in Belgrade in 2015.
