ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT CURRENT ENTRY SITUATION FOR THE CITZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AND FOREIGN NATIONALS TO THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

The Government of the Republic of Serbia on its session on 19th of May 2020. adopted a Decision to cancel previous Protocol for closing all border crossing in the Republic of Serbia. Serbian citizens and foreigners can enter into the Republic of Serbia without any restrictions.
According to the new Decision all border crossings for passengers in road, rail, air and water traffic in the Republic of Serbia are open again, starting from 19th of May 2020. and all border crossing will work normally.
All persons entering the territory of the Republic of Serbia will be handed health warnings stating that they are entering the territory where the virus is still circulating, as well as instructions how to prevent the infection.
Foreign citizens with temporary residence permit in the Republic of Serbia, who were in abroad when their temporary residence permit was expired, can enter to the Republic of Serbia until 1st of July 2020, and apply for the new residence permit in the period of 30 days of their entering to Serbia. Their temporary residence permit shall be considered as valid.
